This notice has been prepared to inform you, under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), about the personal data that LegendMyko (hereafter "LegendMyko" or "we") processes as data controller.
Data processed
- Account details: username, password, email address, phone number, secret question and answer.
- Game data: character details, items, rankings and in-game transaction records.
- Technical data: IP address, connection and login times, browser / device information.
- Support records: your live support and email conversations.
Purposes of processing
- To create your account and provide your login and account security (password reset, email notifications).
- To provide the game service and run the rankings and in-game systems.
- To detect cheating, fraud and abuse, and to act on accounts that break the rules.
- To answer your support requests and meet legal obligations.
Legal basis and transfer
Your data is processed under KVKK article 5/2 on the grounds of entering into and performing a contract, legal obligation and legitimate interest. Your data is not sold and is not shared for advertising. It may be transferred only to the infrastructure providers needed to run the service (server hosting, email delivery, Cloudflare network security) and, where legally required, to the competent authorities.
Retention period
Account data is kept for as long as your account stays open, and transaction and security records for the legal periods; when the period ends they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under KVKK article 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, to learn the parties it was transferred to and to object. You can send your requests from your registered email address to [email protected], stating your account name. Requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.
