The details you give when signing up (username, email, phone, secret question), your in-game account and character data, the IP address you log in from and your live support conversations.
How we use it
- To manage your account and provide you the game service.
- To send security emails such as password resets.
- To protect players against cheating and account theft attempts.
- To answer support requests.
Security
Site traffic is protected by Cloudflare over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), the database cannot be reached from outside and only the authorised team can enter the admin panel. Our team will never ask for your password, seal password or pattern lock; ignore messages that ask for them.
Third parties
The site loads fonts (Google Fonts) and icons (cdnjs) from external servers; these services can technically see your IP address. Your information is not shared with advertising networks.
